This mixture is cooked until the tomatoes break down and the oil separates. Cubes of paneer and chunks of bell peppers are then added and stir-fried until they absorb the flavors of the masala. The dish is garnished with fresh coriander leaves and sometimes a splash of cream for added richness. Kadai Paneer is best enjoyed with naan, roti, or rice, making it a hearty and flavorful addition to any meal.
